Customer Service Agent
I am currently working as a Customer Service Agent at Startek under the Telkom Fixed Line Billing campaign whereby, my main role is to interact with customers daily as the primary point of contact.
At my current position in Startek, as a Customer Service Agent I am a vital member of the team and an essential pillar of organizational support. My responsibilities include interaction with customers on a daily basis a single point of contact for resolution and escalation of customer queries. I mostly handle problems and requests related to product function and equipment. What motivates me is learning new skills as I think it very important for self development to stay innovative and be a valuable member at the work place. The strengths and skills that I have gained over the years in that I am very attentive and goal oriented, I can easily adapt and flexible, I am very organised and posses excellent time management skills, I have exceptional empathy skills, I am very resilient and am able to handle pressure and over all I strive for good customer satisfaction and experience.
