Schedule Diary for two design managers to do measurements of clients for Shutters Request deposits for shutters to be installed
Clients have to pay a 40 % deposit on acceptance of quote, there after 21 days for installation of shutters to be done, before installation takes place 7 days before I have to request a further 10% of deposit before Installers can be sent to do installation

I handle the whole process from when the reps hand over the quote to me, phone client forsuitable date for Final Measurements for shutters, request deposits, get cutting lists from Design Manager, submit to factory, check on production schedule when shutters come out of production and give client possible dates for installations, once booked request deposits,get shutters installed.
Once shutters are installed, I phone the client to ensure all is done correctly if not resendwhat needs to be done and finished correctly
