I am currently  doing my Masters degree programme at the University of the Western Cape and looking to pursue a PhD degree once I have completed hopefully this year. I have a very strong interest in pursuing a career within a University setting. My first working experience was when I was tutoring first and second year student in the University of the Western Cape, that is when I realised how talented I am .  I believe in “there’s nothing a person can’t do.” This is exactly how I feel about teaching. I strongly believe in unlocking potential in every everyone who lost hope. It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent professional who will make a positive contribution to the future of this country. I have been passionate in my commitment to three things: maximizing individual student performance, inspiring students interest in language, creative writing and instilling a sense of self-worth among all students and generally people around me. I have dedicated my career to each of these pursuits.

I see myself as an ambitious individual, fresh and eager to learn and ready for professional moulding. I believe that if you put the time and effort into a problem you are guaranteed to find and have a solution. I am deadline driven with good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as leadership skills which I acquired through participating in various academic and community development programmes. I am committed to adding value through the quality of my work by bringing you innovative fresh ideas and I believe that I can add substantial value to this field. I am a very highly motivated, confident and flexible person with unique personality of adapting to changing environments as well as a dedicated team player. My ability to execute my work by fully utilizing my proven theoretical knowledge and skills acquired and experience put together my need to apply for this position and gain more knowledge.
