I have held management positions in the telecommunications industry since 1998. I have been running my own telecoms company since 2008. The deteriorating economic climate in South Africa coupled with post-Covid industry changes have necessitated a change of focus on my part as the medium to long-term outlook for my business is not good.

I have extensive experience in buying, sales, bookkeeping, staff management, and customer service. My written and verbal communication skills are above average.

I am particularly passionate about customer service. So few companies these days seem able to put themselves in the shoes of their customers. Most don’t appear to care whether or not you spend your hard earned money with them and fewer still have any inclination to solve problems once they’ve got your money.
