Some of my standout skills include adaptability, quick learning, effective teamwork, and a driven personality. In my roles as a Field Hockey Coach at various schools, a Sports Conditioning Intern with the Kovsie University Ladies Football Team, and as a Circuit Coach and Membership Consultant at Curves Company, I have excelled in creating impactful training sessions, overseeing team performance, and managing various aspects of fitness programs, including sales, administration, and client relationships.

As a Club Manager at Curves Company, I navigated the dynamics of the club, attended meetings, set strategic goals, and ensured client satisfaction and loyalty. My leadership extended to the growth of the club through effective management and hands-on experience in circuit training and staff training. Currently, as a freelancer, I run my own social media page about travels in France, provide video work for a friend’s YouTube and Instagram platforms, and assist in managing these platforms, showcasing my diverse skill set.

In terms of education, I hold a BA and Honors in Human Movement Sciences from the University of the Free State, a GA Level 5 Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from I-TO-I TEFL, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Senior Phase and Further Education from STADIO, passed with distinction.

My leadership experience includes managing a women’s-only fitness club, where I was responsible for staff training and club dynamics, further highlighting my ability to take on multifaceted roles and responsibilities.
