Assist guests with all queries regarding loyalty program.
Liaison Officer for two airlines crews (Singapore Airline & Alitalia Airline.)
Ensure all rooms are allocated prior to arrival.
Ensure all bills are prepared prior to departure.
Meet & Greet crew upon arrival to inform them about facilities within the hotel.
Arrange day trips for crew & acknowledge the limitations of their travels.
Assist will all medical requests.
Maintain contact with Station Manager with regards to any changes in flight schedules.
Liaison officer for all sports teams
Ensure all rooms are allocated prior to arrival.
Ensure team rooms are set up.
Liaise with Chef/kitchen on all special dietary requirements.
Maximise security when popular teams are in-house.
Ensure all laundry is done timeously.
Ensure staff are educated on new marketing promotions.
Respond to all guest comments-feedback on all social media platforms, Booking.com etc.
Measure guest satisfaction scores & implement strategies to improve scores.
Maintain a strict budget for all gifting products.
Assist with prep for arrival and departure of big groups.
Ensure that clear communication channels are maintained whilst big groups are in-house.
