To maintain smooth project execution and effective communication across teams, we are looking to add an experienced senior-level engineer who can contribute both technically and collaboratively within a distributed team setup.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with engineering teams on software development tasks and technical discussions
Review and improve existing codebases for scalability, performance, and maintainability
Participate in requirement analysis and provide technical input for solutions
Work across full development lifecycle (design, development, testing support, deployment guidance)
Communicate clearly with team members in English during technical discussions
Support multiple project types depending on your expertise (backend, frontend, full-stack, DevOps, QA, or data-related systems)
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in software development
Strong experience in one or more areas: Full Stack Development, Backend Engineering, DevOps, QA Engineering, or Data Engineering/Data Science
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and system design
Good communication skills in English (able to discuss technical topics clearly)
Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus
Ability to work independently and contribute to collaborative technical decisions
Nice to Have
Experience with scalable cloud systems (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience in microservices architecture
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Work Arrangement
Fully remote
Flexible hours (some overlap with US time zones preferred)
Part-time or long-term collaboration depending on fit and availability
