Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a background in Revenue Management to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the Revenue Management department and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for doing demos and sales of eZee Mint

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to bring in eZee Mint sales
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Collaborate with the Revenue Management team
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue potential
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and revenue projections

Key Competencies for this role:
Sales Strategy & Execution – Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Revenue Management Expertise – Understanding of revenue optimization techniques and pricing strategies.
Business Development – Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Market & Competitive Analysis – Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3-4 years of experience in Revenue Management or a related field
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have laptop and vehicle
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
