Pay: R9,000 – R10,000 gross per month
The Role
Our client, a dynamic and growing real estate agency in the UK, is looking for a driven Business Development Manager who is hungry to make sales and confident in building relationships from the ground up.
This is a part time role to begin with requiring 4 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect Landlords and Home Owners who have enquired with us to promote our services.
Manage and Nurture our database by way of phone calls, texts and e-mails to promote our services, build trust and ultimately win new lettings and property sales.
Call out to adverts for available to rent and for sale properties to promote our services and ultimately convert business to sell or let
Promote our Brand and services on Social media, possibly by making Social Media Videos and taking part in Webinar events.
Calling Landlords we know have vacant properties and extend an invite to a Webinar event, offer a Guide and ultimately seek to offer our services.
What We’re Looking For
Confident enough to pick up the phone and promote our services to those who are not yet sure we are the right solution for them
Not afraid of a NO and brave enough to move onto the next call
Daily Target of 90 Out Bound calls Made Per Day, to generate webinar attendees and scheduled calls for our Director to progress into Sales Transactions and new lettings
Must be a People Person
IT confidence
ability to self-motivate
self-organise to meet required deadlines
Hardware Requirements:
Own a computer with Windows Pro 11 and at least an i5 processor. Needs at least 8GB Ram and a computer no older than 3 years old.
Noise cancelling Headphones.
Install and maintain antivirus software.
Have a UPS/Backup Battery/alternative Power Source to manage power outages.
Fibre internet connection or at least 20mb download and 10mb upload speed.
