How We Work
Our Account Management team sits at the heart of the customer journey. As an Account Manager, youâll work closely with clientsâensuring theyâre fully supported, informed, and maximizing the value of our platform. Youâll collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and even Product to share customer feedback and shape the future of our offering.
Our clients range from solo operators to growing travel companies, so adaptability and communication are key. A big part of your day-to-day will include answering questions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional features. Role Summary
We are looking for a Small Business Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, youâll manage a high-volume portfolio of small business customers using a digital-scaled, one-to-many engagement model. Your main focus will be activating new and existing accounts through proactive outreach (including a high volume of cold calls), driving adoption of key features, and identifying growth opportunities. Youâll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to amplify the voice of the customer and ensure an exceptional client experience at scale.
Responsibilities
Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of 2,000+ small business accounts using a one-to-many model.
Drive product activation and adoption through cold calling, targeted campaigns, automated sequences, webinars, and trainings.
Proactively identify accounts with growth potential, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with the Small Business Team Lead to drive expansion.
Monitor account health at scale, analyzing trends to surface risks and opportunities.
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams to inform product and strategy.

Have 2+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer success.
Have a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze account performance and take action quickly.
Are a natural multitasker who can manage multiple clients and needs at once.
Are solutions-oriented and calm under pressure. Thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Minor SaaS sales experience or experience with up-selling products;
Bonus: Up-to-date understanding of the travel industryâs consumer behavior;
Bonus: Knowledge of Hubspot CRM or other CRM platforms.
You Might Not Be The Right Fit If You
Prefer minimal customer interaction or purely reactive support roles.
Arenât comfortable handling both support and upsell conversations.
Lack experience working directly with clients in a B2B environment.
Struggle to prioritize and manage multiple accounts independently.
