You’ll work directly with the founder, run the back-end of our client journey, and become the calm, capable hand that keeps everything moving. If you enjoy turning chaos into clarity and making things happen behind the scenes — this could be your ideal role.

What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll:
✅ Manage investor onboarding — contracts, ID checks, intro communications, and records
✅ Support the property purchasing process — track deals, chase solicitors, agents, and mortgage brokers
✅ Oversee the lettings process — liaise with letting agents, tradespeople, and insurance brokers
✅ Monitor and manage the founder’s inbox daily — tagging, prioritising, summarising, and replying
✅ Draft and eventually send client/stakeholder comms autonomously
✅ Manage calendars, reminders, and ensure things happen on time
✅ Track invoices, update processes, and handle internal admin
✅ Support sourcing or admin tasks temporarily, if needed
✅ Spot client frustrations early and suggest improvements
✅ Coordinate appreciation touchpoints like gifts and check-ins
✅ Support project management as the business grows

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Experience in client support, operations, or executive assistant roles
Experience supporting founders, execs, or senior teams in a remote setting
Experience in direct customer service — keeping clients informed and happy
Excellent written English and inbox confidence — you’ll own key comms
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Familiarity with task or CRM systems (Podio, Notion, etc.)

Bonus: UK property or conveyancing experience (not essential)

📍The Details
Role: Client Operations & Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (South Africa-based or similar time zone)
Type: Freelance / independent contractor
Hours: 25 hours/week (spread across weekdays)
Schedule:
We’ll agree exact hours during onboarding. Ideally, you’ll be online for 4–5 hours/day with UK overlap — but there’s flexibility, as long as communication is clear and consistent.
Pay:
£7.50–£10.00 per hour
~R172–R230/hour
(That’s ~£750–£1,000/month or R17,200–R23,000/month for 25 hours/week)
Rate depends on experience and skill level.
