Onboarding Specialist

We sell seller leads to US real estate agents. We’re hiring a CSM to get new clients live and keep them buying.

The job: run onboarding calls with new clients (Zoom, 20 minutes), chase the ones who miss them, check in after their first leads, and ask happy clients for reviews. You’ll own three numbers: clients activated within 72 hours, clients still buying after their trial, and reviews collected.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Independent contractor, paid monthly via Wise.

Pay: $1,200/month base plus performance bonuses tied to your numbers (realistic total $1,500–$1,700)

You’ll fit if you’re comfortable on the phone with American professionals, follow a process without being reminded, and don’t need to be told twice. Sales or support experience with US clients helps.
