Senior English Writer – Professional Human Rewrite & Content Polishing

We are looking for a highly skilled English writer with excellent grammar and strong writing ability to perform professional human rewrites of existing documents.

The work involves rewriting completed documents into clear, natural, professional English while keeping the original ideas and structure intact. The goal is to transform the language so the text reads like it was written fresh by an experienced writer.

This role is ideal for writers with strong academic, editorial, or professional writing backgrounds who can rewrite content smoothly and naturally.

Important: this role requires manual writing ability. Automated rewriting tools, AI tools, or paraphrasing software are not permitted for this work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Rewrite existing documents into new, natural wording while preserving the original meaning and structure
• Improve sentence flow, clarity, and readability
• Replace repetitive or mechanical wording with professional language
• Maintain the same logical order, references, and ideas from the original text
• Deliver clean, well-written documents ready for publication or professional use

Quality Expectations

• Writing must read naturally and professionally
• Sentences should be rewritten completely, not lightly edited
• Grammar and punctuation must be accurate
• The final document should read like a freshly written piece rather than a modified version of the original
• Clear and consistent tone throughout the document

Requirements

• Native-level or Advanced English writing ability
• Excellent grammar and editing skills
• Experience with professional, academic, or editorial writing
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to rewrite content creatively while preserving meaning

Nice to Have

• Background in journalism, editing, or academic writing
• Experience rewriting long-form documents
• Ability to improve tone and readability without changing meaning

Typical Project Scope

• Documents range from 1,500 to 5,000 words
• Turnaround typically 48–72 hours depending on length
• Long-term work available for strong writers

Compensation

Starting rate:
$8 – $12 USD per 1,000 words depending on writing quality and turnaround time.

Example
3,000 words project = $24 – $36 USD

Higher rates will be offered to writers who consistently deliver excellent work.
