Are you a highly organized, detail-loving, resourceful VA with a creative streak and a knack for getting things done? We’re looking for a proactive and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our growing team with a variety of tasks—from Canva design work to copywriting to project management and marketing automation.

This isn’t your average VA role. We need someone who:

  • Thinks ahead and solves problems.
  • Understands the basics of good marketing, design, and automation.
  • Takes pride in crafting clean, polished work.
  • Thrives on organization, follow-through, and keeping things moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create graphics, PDFs, and marketing assets in Canva.
  • Assist with copywriting using tools like ChatGPT, with a working knowledge of persuasive marketing writing.
  • Build and maintain marketing automations, pipelines, and campaigns in Go HighLevel (GHL).
  • Manage project timelines and tasks with precision, using tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Teamwork.
  • Provide general admin support: document prep, scheduling, data entry.
  • Format and proof documents in Word, Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Help track projects to ensure deadlines are met and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Review content and deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proficient in Canva with an eye for clean, modern design.
  • Strong understanding of basic copywriting principles and how to write clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience with Go HighLevel (GHL): automations, CRM management, pipelines, campaigns.
  • Highly organized and reliable with excellent follow-through.
  • Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, Google Workspace.
  • Experience with project management platforms (Teamwork preferred, but others like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello are fine).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English language)
  • Comfortable taking initiative and asking questions when needed.
  • Obsessed (in a good way) with details, deadlines, and making sure things do not get dropped.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked with law firms or professional services businesses.
  • Have experience working in an Agency setting.
  • Have a background in marketing or communications.
  • Are comfortable with light tech troubleshooting (uploading videos, updating websites, etc.).
