We are a boutique Texas elder law firm that helps families qualify for nursing home Medicaid during some of the hardest moments of their lives. We run small and high-touch on purpose — more trusted family advisor than traditional law office.
This is not a high volume high stress role. You are the very first voice a family hears when they call. In the first 30 seconds they decide whether they feel safe with us. That decision rests entirely on your warmth, calm, and ability to build instant rapport over the phone. If you naturally make strangers feel heard, understood, and cared for — even when they’re scared, confused, or upset — this role will energize you.
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone exceptional:
- Proven ability to create genuine connection and trust with callers in high-stress situations (legal intake, medical/hospital admissions, hospice, senior living, insurance, or high-end hospitality experience all translate well)
- Warm, clear, unhurried, and professional spoken English
- Strong professional judgment — you know when to follow the process and when to make a smart call on the spot
- Self-directed, organized, and dependable — you manage yourself and follow through without constant supervision
- Prior experience working U.S. hours is highly preferred
- Legal background is a plus but not required. The right personality and phone presence matter far more.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from families in crisis and build rapport immediately
- Qualify callers, capture key information in real time, and enter it into our systems
- Schedule consultations and gently follow up with prospects
- Communicate urgent matters directly with the attorney
- Nurture leads that aren’t ready yet
What We Offer
- $800–$1,200 USD per month (higher end for candidates with prior U.S. law firm or equivalent high-touch intake experience and minimal ramp-up needed)
