Remote Appointment Setter — Marketing Agency (UK Hours)

We’re a UK-based marketing agency that generates inbound leads for premium home renovation and construction companies. We’re looking for a sharp, confident communicator to join us remotely and help convert warm inbound leads into booked appointments.

The leads are homeowners who have already shown interest in our clients’ services — you’re following up, qualifying, and booking them in.

What you’ll be doing:

• Calling inbound leads promptly (speed to lead is everything)
• Qualifying prospects using a provided script
• Booking appointments directly into our calendar
• Updating our CRM (GoHighLevel) after every call
• Sending follow-up texts and emails where needed

What we’re looking for:

• Clear, confident spoken English — neutral or professional accent essential
• Previous sales, customer service, or appointment setting experience preferred
• Comfortable on the phone with new people
• Reliable, self-managed, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with CRMs a bonus (we use GoHighLevel — training provided)

The role:

-Full-time, remote
-UK business hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (11am–7pm SA time)
-Salary: R15,000–R18,000/month depending on experience + performance bonus per confirmed appointment
