Rockstar LinkedIn Appointment Setter for Elite Executive Fitness Brand ($1K–$3K+/month potential)

We’re a multi–six-figure online coaching brand with 130+ client transformations and a 98% success rate.

Now we’re scaling, and we’re looking for a LinkedIn outreach pro who can speak the language of excellence, hold his own in conversations with high-level men, and drive qualified leads into our pipeline.

This isn’t basic outreach.
You’ll represent a premium performance brand that serves elite professionals.

EARNING POTENTIAL
Base: $500–$600/month (depending on skill level)
Commission: $200 per qualified, converted lead
Monthly total: $1,000–$3,000+ realistic

Scale path: $4K–$5K+ with added responsibilities (DM strategy, automation, lead flow management)

Performance bonuses: Rewarded for consistency and results

THE ROLE
You’ll manage LinkedIn and Instagram outreach, follow-ups, and conversation flows with precision, empathy, and authority.
Your job: start high-quality conversations, build trust, and book strategy calls with qualified prospects.

We do run ads and also do outbound. So there will be a mix of all.

You’ll engage intelligent, high-achieving professionals, no copy-paste scripts, no lazy outreach.
We’ll give you the frameworks, the system, and the brand power, but you’ll bring the charisma and human intelligence.

YOU ARE

• Fluent or native-level English speaker (flawless written tone, no grammar slips)
• Based in Europe or able to work CET business hours
• Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation & Sales Navigator
• Sharp, articulate, emotionally intelligent and extremely charismatic in written communication
• Coachable, fast learner, thrives on constructive feedback
• Precise and systematic — you love tracking KPIs and data
• Passionate about fitness, self-improvement, and high performance
• Competitive and team-driven — you want to win and grow
