Work Schedule (EST):

Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant / Virtual Executive Assistant to support daily operations and work closely with the business owner. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing communications in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Making and receiving phone calls on behalf of The Faith Project
Managing email inboxes and composing professional correspondence
Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
Assisting with administrative tasks and follow-ups
Supporting day-to-day operations and special projects
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Communicating clearly with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional phone etiquette
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and stay proactive
Reliable internet connection and availability during EST hours
Prior experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant preferred
Passion for nonprofit, community-based, or mission-driven work is a plus
