We’re a fast-growing Dutch tech company building AI-powered customer-contact automation for installation and service businesses. We’re scaling our sales pipeline and looking for a sharp, self-driven appointment setter to book qualified demo meetings with Dutch companies.
The role
You make outbound calls, in Dutch, to Dutch installation and service SMEs, spark interest in our product, and book qualified demo appointments for our sales team. You’re the first voice a prospect hears: confident, warm, and hard to brush off. We provide the call list, script, and full briefing. You bring the energy and the follow-through.
What you’ll do
- Cold-call Dutch SMEs from a provided list
- Reach the right decision-maker and book qualified demos into our calendar
- Log call outcomes and keep clean notes in our CRM
- Feed back what you hear from the market so we keep sharpening the script
Must-haves – please don’t apply without these
- Native or near-native Dutch, spoken and written. Afrikaans alone is not enough, prospects need to hear a natural Dutch speaker (We screen with a short Dutch recording, see below.).
- Proven outbound / appointment-setting / telesales experience, ideally B2B
- A quiet workspace, reliable fibre internet, and a good headset
- Availability during Dutch business hours (your GMT+2 lines up well)
- Reliable, coachable, and comfortable hearing “no” a lot
Nice to have
- Experience selling to or working with technical / installation businesses
- Familiarity with CRM and calendar tools
- SaaS or startup background

- Competitive pay: hourly base or per-appointment, based on your preference and track record, plus a performance bonus per booked demo
