Position : Property Manager
Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday – 10am – 6pm EST with some flexibility, Permanent
Pay Range : $1500 – $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : South Africa or Latin America
Duties and Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to support a fast-moving real estate investment team. This role is part administrative, part operational, and requires a sharp communicator who can juggle many moving pieces—especially around coordinating property inspections and consolidating key information for decision-making.
You’ll work closely with our founders to streamline workflows, manage property-related tasks, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection & Vendor CoordinationContact homeowners of off-market properties to schedule inspections
Coordinate logistics and appointments for inspectors
Ensure timely payment for inspection services
Collect and track inspection reports
Gather and consolidate bids from contractors
Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring deliverables are met
Organize all materials into a clear and concise format for leadership review
Administrative Support
Manage internal documentation, contracts, and reports
Track tasks and deadlines
Support legal and paralegal workflows as needed (document review, organization, filing, etc.)
Perform data entry and other general administrative tasks
Operational SupportAssist with internal process improvements
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
Help with property records, spreadsheets, and basic project tracking
Minimum Qualifications:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (close to native accent)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 3+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or a paralegal/operations support role
Vendor management experience is non-negotiable (must have experience managing vendor relationships effectively)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable making calls to homeowners and managing sensitive information
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace, Excel, and task/project management tools
Self-starter who can work independently and proactively
