As we scale our newly launched agency arm, we’re looking for a Full-Stack Design Engineer to join our growing team of 8 and help us build the future of creative operations.

About The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on, technically skilled engineer to help us build the future of creative operations. Your focus will be on solving internal challenges with smart, scalable tooling. This is not a client-facing role; instead, you’ll work closely with our creative and design directors to build elegant technical solutions that directly streamline our internal workflows.

We are actively seeking candidates who fit one of two profiles:

The AI-Focused Product Engineer: You are a full-stack engineer with a deep passion for AI/ML and data, eager to build internal tools and automations from the ground up.This role will also be responsible for 30% web development as a part of their day-to-day.

OR

The Design-Focused Engineer: You are a skilled designer-developer who can build polished, beautiful websites and tools from scratch, starting with a brand system. This role will also be responsible for 30% AI product as a part of their day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

AI Tooling & Automation

Identify inefficient or manual workflows in the agency and build custom internal tools to automate and improve them.
Prototype, build, and iterate on systems that support creative output and operational excellence, leveraging AI and machine learning.
AI Integrations: Work with tools like LangChain, LLMs, and Computer Vision, and build robust data pipelines to drive our core systems.
Utilize advanced tooling like Cursor and Replit to accelerate development.

Web Development & Design

Translate designs from our creative team or, if you’re a designer yourself, design from scratch, and build polished, responsive websites for agency clients.
Custom Development: Build with tools like Webflow or Framer, and leverage your expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
Collaborate with agency leadership to understand team pain points and develop software-based solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development, front-end design, or building internal tools.
Technical Proficiency:
Full-Stack: Experience with languages like Python or Node.js.
Front-End: Experience with frameworks like React or Next.js.
AI/ML: Familiarity or interest in AI/ML, AI tooling, data pipelines, and/or creative enablement platforms.
Problem-Solving: Independent problem-solver with a strong ownership mindset. You are capable of identifying pain points and turning high-level ideas into polished, working products.
Pragmatism: Technical enough to build from scratch, but pragmatic enough to know when to ship and iterate.
Platform Expertise: Strong proficiency with Webflow or Framer is required for either profile we hire for.
