Job Title: Digital Marketing Producer
Location: Remote | Type: Full time
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Producer to manage project workflows and enhance marketing automation delivery across Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, high-quality execution of both ongoing and campaign-based initiatives while driving continuous improvement across marketing automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage complex digital marketing projects from intake through delivery, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Request Intake & Vetting: Review and prioritize business-as-usual (BAU) marketing automation requests, ensuring completeness, alignment with stakeholders, and appropriate resourcing.
Process Monitoring & Communication: Monitor project progress, troubleshoot delays, and maintain clear communication on service levels (SLAs), timelines, and team bandwidth.
Platform Expertise: Support and optimize processes in Pardot and SFMC, identifying opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.
Documentation & Intake: Manage intake systems and ensure clear, accessible documentation for all marketing automation processes and requests.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between marketing, creative, operations, and technology teams to align expectations and priorities.
Prioritization & Boundaries: Proactively flag urgent or high-priority items and hold strong boundaries to protect team focus and project integrity.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing project management, preferably in a marketing operations or producer role.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Pardot.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders.
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows, campaign execution, and lead lifecycle management.
Exceptional communication skills—clear, confident, and diplomatic.
Ability to operate independently, make judgment calls, and hold others accountable for timelines and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional marketing organization.
Familiarity with B2B marketing or enterprise marketing environments.
Understanding of data governance, segmentation, and compliance considerations within marketing automation platforms.
