The Opportunity

We’re seeking a sharp, data-driven Content Strategist to own and execute our client’s lead-generation content strategy. This is a key remote, offshore position where your primary mission will be to build a content-driven funnel that delivers qualified leads to the sales team.

The ideal candidate has a deep, analytical mindset and sees social media as a direct driver of ROI. You’re less of a “high-horsepower creative” and more of a strategic thinker who understands how to identify, develop, and optimize content that works. This role is about originating what content should be, managing its performance, and leveraging smart tools to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution:
Own the end-to-end content strategy and execution for the primary social channels: LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
Focus on creating lower-funnel content specifically oriented towards lead generation for sales.
Identify and originate what kind of content works, then collaborate with internal creative resources to ensure it is polished and on-brand. You will also be responsible for creating your own content, including copy and some minimal design work.
Analytics & Optimization:
Manage and optimize all content for performance, with a relentless focus on ROI and key metrics.
Identify and report on what content is working and why, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Constantly analyze data to ensure content is effectively feeding into the sales funnel.
AI Integration:
Leverage AI tools and other smart workflows to build and manage content efficiently.
Be AI-savvy and comfortable with leveraging tools to automate and optimize content creation, rather than relying on manual processes.
Growth & Collaboration:
Work closely with the team to understand business goals and translate them into a content strategy.
For a candidate with the right strategic aptitude, there may be an opportunity to be groomed for early-stage sales calls and lead qualification.

What You Bring

Experience: Proven experience in “growth-defined” roles, where your work was measured by lead generation and other key metrics, as opposed to “brand-defined” roles.
Analytical Mindset: You are a data-driven strategist who cares deeply about the ROI of the content you post.
Channel Expertise: Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing content on LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
AI-Savvy: You are comfortable with AI tools and other technologies that help you work smarter, not harder.
Proactive & Strategic: You have a natural ability to identify and create content that will be effective and can work backward from a desired outcome.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
