Job Title: Account Executive.
Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor
Location: Remote
Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S time zone).
This sales opportunity invites you to join a fast-paced, highly transactional sale that celebrates “one-call-closes” while maintaining excellent rapport and customer service. We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our sales team as an Account Executive.
Responsibilities
Manage a sales cycle that includes inbound leads and in-person events
Maintain a fast-paced, transactional pipeline of leads
Document and track all lead engagement and sales opportunities, maintaining flawless CRM data
Provide customer and vendor feedback to Realm’s internal teams to continue to improve Realm’s offering and efficiency
Hit and exceed targets on a monthly basis
Your Skills/Experience
2-4 years in sales, customer success, or account management with proven track record as a top performer
High EQ with natural ability to build rapport through emotional connection and nurture relationships
Highly organized and detail oriented
An autonomous self starter that is comfortable learning and working independently
Highly data-driven, with strong understanding of daily, weekly, monthly performance
Highly curious and strong desire to learn and develop quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication (fluency in English)
A passion for (and ideally experience in) Real Estate, Construction and/or Proptech
Prepared to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate the schedule of your prospects and customers
Some travel required for in person events
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience
Nice to Haves
Working proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
Experience / knowledge in construction and/or Real Estate
