Virtual Call Assistant

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Virtual Call Assistant to make follow-up and initial calls for three related companies:

• OM Mortgage, a mortgage brokerage
• SklarAddison Cash Home Buyers, which buys homes for cash
• Sklar Realty Group, a traditional real estate brokerage

Most of your calls will be follow-ups with leads who have already shown interest, along with some initial calls to new leads. There’s very little cold calling. On each call you’ll collect some basic information and then pass the lead to our team lead, who takes it from there.

What you’ll do

• Make follow-up and initial calls to mortgage, cash-buyer and real estate leads
• Ask a short set of questions to collect basic information about each lead’s situation
• Hand interested leads off to our team lead
• Keep accurate notes on every call

What we’re looking for

• Clear, confident spoken English and a warm phone manner
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and a good headset
• Comfort working from a script while still sounding natural
• Dependability across a 25–40 hour week, Monday through Saturday, on a US Eastern Time (EST) schedule
• Real estate, mortgage or call center experience is a plus but not required

Pay

$6/hour, plus bonuses for every qualified appointment you set.
