Shine Pros is a premier exterior cleaning company based in Victoria, BC. We are currently scaling our operations and seeking a high-caliber Sales & Operations Coordinator to manage our lead intake, scheduling, and client success systems.

This is a pivotal role for a proactive professional who thrives on organization and “closing the loop.” You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and the tactical lead for our field crews.

The Role & Expectations
Voice of the Brand: You are responsible for handling all inbound and outbound calls. You must project a professional, friendly, and “ready-to-help” energy. You don’t just answer questions; you guide the conversation toward a booking.
Rapid Lead Response: Execute our “60-second response” protocol for all inbound inquiries. You are responsible for converting leads into booked appointments immediately.
Proactive Sales & Follow-Up: Manage the “Outstanding Quotes” pipeline. You will follow up with potential clients to overcome objections and reach out to our existing database to schedule recurring annual services.
Logistics & Dispatch: Own the daily schedule for our trucks. You will optimize routes for efficiency and ensure crews have all necessary site information before arrival.
Revenue & Reputation Management: Oversee Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payments and execute our post-service follow-up to secure 5-star Google reviews.
Process Documentation: Maintain and refine our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the business remains scalable as we add more units.
Technical & Communication Requirements
As this is a fully remote position involving high-volume client interaction, the following are required:

Exceptional Communication: Mastery of the English language with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and write clear, professional emails/texts.
Professional Audio: A dedicated noise-canceling headset is mandatory. Your environment must be silent—no background noise, pets, or distractions during your shift.
Reliable Hardware: A modern, high-performance laptop or desktop computer and high-speed internet to ensure seamless VOIP calls and real-time CRM updates.
Position Details
Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday – Friday).
Location: Remote.
Compensation: Competitive base pay with a clear structure for performance bonuses based on booking rates and revenue targets.
Career Path: This role is designed to transition into a Full-Time position as we continue to expand our fleet.
