About Us

We are an ambitious investment and acquisitions group with a strong focus on growth through strategic business acquisitions. Our goal is to complete up to five acquisitions per year across selected industries, building a sustainable and scalable M&A division to support long-term expansion.

We are now seeking an experienced M&A Deal Sourcer who can help us identify, qualify, and manage acquisition opportunities in the UK SME and lower mid-market space.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for creating and managing the full M&A sourcing pipeline — from market research and target identification to broker engagement and initial outreach. This is a high-impact position for someone with a deep understanding of deal origination and a hunger to build a growing acquisitions arm within an expanding group.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify suitable acquisition targets across defined sectors.

Develop detailed acquisition search criteria and sourcing strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business brokers, corporate advisors, and owners.

Create and manage an active M&A pipeline within CRM systems.

Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate and qualify leads.

Prepare initial summaries and deal overviews for internal review.

Support senior management during the early stages of due diligence and analysis.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&A sourcing, deal origination, or acquisition research (essential).

Strong understanding of the M&A process — from research through to initial negotiation.

UK market experience preferred, though international (US or EU) experience also valued.

Proven success building and managing broker and intermediary networks.

Confident using CRMs, databases, and research platforms to manage deal flow.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ambitious, driven, and passionate about growing a division from the ground up.

Why Join Us

Work directly with senior leadership in a fast-growing acquisitions team.

Opportunity to grow into a senior, full-time leadership position heading up the M&A division.

Real progression, autonomy, and the ability to shape long-term acquisition strategy.

How to Apply
