Outbound Telesales / Telemarketer (B2B)
Location: UK (Remote Based)
Type: Full-Time 40 hours Mon to Friday UK time zone
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years B2B outbound telesales or telemarketing

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Telesales / Telemarketer to help establish and grow our B2B sales division. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively contacting businesses, building relationships, sending quotations, following up on leads, and driving new business opportunities within the UK trade and construction materials market.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who thrives on outbound calling, pipeline management, and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers.
Qualify leads, introduce products and services, and generate interest in trade and construction materials.
Manage and update all customer interactions through the company CRM system.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information via email.
Follow up with clients to convert leads into orders and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
Work closely with management to help shape and grow the company’s sales division.
Provide regular progress updates and reporting on sales pipeline activity.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in outbound telesales or telemarketing within a B2B industry.
Experience in building materials, construction supplies, or related trade industries strongly preferred.
Confident telephone manner with proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
Experience working with UK-based clients (or overseas B2B experience) preferred.
