The RoleThe Website Project Manager is a vital team member within Union Street Media’s Production department. In this role, you will own and manage digital marketing website projects for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages, guiding clients through the design and development process from scope to completion.

You are responsible for delivering a first-class client experience during onboarding, website creation, and launch by combining strong project management skills with clear, consistent communication. This role requires managing multiple, often complex, website projects simultaneously while coordinating internal Production resources to ensure work is completed on time, on scope, and with high quality.

As the Website Project Manager, you will proactively identify risks, manage changes to scope, and work independently and collaboratively to keep projects moving forward. Your ability to organize, communicate, and problem-solve is critical to ensuring a smooth production process and a positive client experience.

Reporting: The Website Project Manager reports to Heather Hinman, Senior Director of Operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn website projects from kickoff through site launch
Ensure projects are well planned, efficient, profitable, and delivered with high quality
Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and deliverables
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the website production process
Set and manage client expectations regarding website scope, timelines, and deliverables
Identify risks, blockers, and unknowns and drive resolution plans
Coordinate designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution
Track project progress and maintain accurate project documentation
Facilitate project reviews and address client concerns promptly
Ensure timely client feedback and required deliverables
Provide quality assurance to ensure websites launch with zero errors
Collaborate with Sales on upsell opportunities when appropriate
Support scheduling and resource planning for designers and developers
Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Build strong client relationships and act as a customer advocate
About YouYou are an experienced digital or website-focused Project Manager who enjoys owning outcomes and guiding both clients and internal teams through complex projects. You are comfortable making decisions, applying appropriate pressure when needed, and keeping projects moving forward.

You communicate clearly and confidently via email, phone, and video, and you thrive in fast-paced environments that require adaptability, initiative, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications2 to 3 years of Website/Digital Marketing Project Management experience
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication, writing, and time management skills
Proven track record of excellent customer service
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to adapt in changing or ambiguous situations
PMP certification preferred but not required
