Location: Fully Remote | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
About the role
Our client serves high-net-worth and accredited investor clients, generating warm leads primarily through Facebook ads. They prioritize a structured, professional, and high-comfort experience from first contact through onboarding.
They’re looking for a confident Appointment Setter to qualify warm leads, schedule appointments for senior sales representatives, and support onboarding when needed. This role is essential to ensuring prospects are properly qualified and guided through a seamless client journey.
What You’ll Do
Contact warm leads and conduct 5–15 minute qualification calls
Make 50–150 dials per day following structured scripts
Schedule appointments and manage leads in Go High Level
Document call outcomes and next steps accurately
Support onboarding and guide clients through Zoom walkthroughs
What You Bring
2+ years of appointment setting experience
Strong experience handling warm outbound calls
Experience with Go High Level CRM (preferred)
Fluent or near-native English with strong articulation
Professional, confident presence on Zoom
