POSITION: Video Editor
Location: Remote (Global, with priority sourcing in Africa, India, and Pakistan)
Schedule: Full-time,Schedule to be aligned with the client’s operating hours and team needs
Compensation: 1500 – 1750 USD/month
Note: Independent contractor position
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* Edit long-form video content for quality, pacing, clarity, and audience engagement.
* Repurpose long-form footage into short-form videos for social media platforms.
* Create platform-ready videos with appropriate cuts, captions, graphics, transitions, and formatting.
* Prepare and publish content across relevant social media and video platforms.
* Support optimization of video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and other publishing elements.
* Write or adapt concise, platform-specific copy when needed.
* Maintain organized video files, project assets, and content workflows.
* Research relevant content trends and identify opportunities for video repurposing.
* Contribute ideas for new video content based on audience interests and platform trends.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand standards and objectives.
* Consistently meet production deadlines and maintain a reliable publishing cadence.
