Location: Remote
Salary Range: 1500 to 2400 USD/month
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Talent Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruiting process while supporting People Ops and administrative tasks for a high-growth, distributed team. This is a full-cycle recruiting, candidate experience management, and light People Ops coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full recruiting lifecycle: source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through offer and onboarding.
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring communication is timely and professional.
Coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate hiring metrics.
Support People Ops functions new hire onboarding, documentation, and compliance tracking.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine job postings.
Maintain and improve internal recruiting processes, templates, and tools.
Track and report on key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline velocity.
Qualifications:
2–5 years experience in recruiting, talent acquisition.
Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced or remote environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple open roles.
Great written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable working with distributed/global teams across multiple time zones.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Global/Distributed Teams.
Familiarity with Deel or global contractor management.
Building/improving HR processes from scratch.
