We’re now searching for an experienced Senior PPC Specialist to join a U.S. digital marketing agency managing high-performing paid campaigns across multiple channels.

🎯 The Role
As a Senior PPC Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of paid campaigns, managing everything from keyword strategy and ad copy to performance analysis and ROI improvement.
You’ll work directly with an experienced U.S. marketing team — no micromanagement, just a results-driven partnership where your skills shine.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search & Local Services Ads required)
✅ Conduct keyword research, ad testing, and audience targeting
✅ Monitor budgets, bids, and conversions to maximize ROI
✅ Maintain and implement conversion tracking via Google Analytics & Tag Manager
✅ Generate clear, data-driven performance reports
✅ Stay updated on Google Ads updates and best practices
🎯 What You’ll Bring
⭐ 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience
⭐ Strong analytical mindset with deep technical knowledge
⭐ Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
⭐ Proven success in local lead generation and non-location-based campaigns
⭐ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident working independently
💡 Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Meta Ads or other paid social platforms
Background in real estate, property management, or self-storage
Familiarity with SEMrush, Looker Studio, or Google Tag Manager
Basic understanding of SEO and how it supports PPC
