Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Display where appropriate. Own keyword strategy, negative keywords, ad copy, extensions, bidding, budget pacing, Local Services Ads, lead-generation platforms, conversion tracking, UTM tagging, structured testing, and weekly reporting on spend, qualified leads, cost per booked job, and ROAS.
Requirements
Bring 2-4 years of hands-on paid media or PPC experience, strong Google Ads and Local Services Ads expertise, experience generating leads for local or home-services businesses, working knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking, strong written English, analytical skill, careful budget ownership, and the ability to work independently.
What we offer
Remote, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST, with a salary of $1,800-$2,200 USD per month. The role owns paid lead generation for a growing U.S.-based home-services company and is measured on qualified leads, cost per booked job, conversion efficiency, and return on ad spend.
