POSITION: Paid Media Specialist / Ads Manager (AI-Native Agency) – (WG14196)
Compensation: Up to 3000 USD/month (The process is 2 interviews and 1 assessment. Applicants must update their resume and Portfolio) | Independent contractor position
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
• Startup Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Platform Mastery: Proven track record managing, scaling, and optimizing ad budgets across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Data Fluency: Exceptional ability to translate raw metrics into actionable growth strategies (interrogating the “why” behind CAC and lead quality).
• High Rigor & Structure: Superior self-organization; capable of managing multiple client streams without dropping the ball.
• Reliability: Absolute adherence to deadlines and execution speed in a remote, synchronous overlap environment.
• Communication: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Agentic Systems: Experience building AI agents or automated workflows to multiply operational output.
• Entrepreneurial Background: Prior experience building or managing a 0-to-1 project or business.
• Multilingual: Fluency in any language beyond English.
• Creative Strategy: Experience with creative direction, social media strategy, or content execution.
