Location: Remote (Latin America or South Africa preferred)

Salary Range: 1000-1200 USD/month

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a high-energy, hungry professional to serve as the primary point of contact for our storage customers. This is not a passive support role; you will be responsible for resolving complex inquiries while actively converting inbound leads into paid rentals. You will act as the face of the machine, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service while driving facility revenue.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage high-volume inbound phone calls, emails, and texts to address customer concerns and technical inquiries.
Consult with prospective tenants to understand their storage needs and recommend appropriate unit sizes.
Independently resolve customer disputes and billing issues using critical thinking and defined SOPs.
Convert leads into signed rental agreements to hit monthly occupancy and revenue targets.

 

Qualifications:

 

Near-native spoken and written English with a minimal, professional accent for US-based phone support.
A proven ability to handle objections and close sales in a customer-service environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite and comfort learning industry-specific tools like Cubby (CRM) and CallRail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with a focus on truth-seeking and low error ratios.

 

Nice-to-Haves:

 

Background in the self-storage, property management, or real estate industries.
Experience using task management tools like ClickUp or knowledge bases like Notion.
A builder mindset – experience documenting or improving existing processes.
