Job Title: Tier 2 IT Systems Engineer
Location: Remote – Worldwide. South African applicants welcome.
Compensation: USD 3,250–4,000 per month

About the Role
Support multiple business customers in a Managed Service Provider environment. Provide backend technical support and help bridge the operational gap between an IT director and a senior engineer.
Position Overview
Bring hands-on MSP and multi-tenant experience together with a proven Microsoft 365 administration and migration track record.
Key Responsibilities
• Support multiple business customers in multi-tenant IT environments.
• Administer Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Manage MFA and user permissions.
• Handle customer onboardings, DNS and domain changes, and Microsoft 365 email migrations.
Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of hands-on MSP experience supporting multiple business customers in multi-tenant environments.
• Proven administration of Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA and user permissions.
• Demonstrated customer onboarding, DNS/domain changes and Microsoft 365 email migration experience.
• C1 English.
