Job Title: Systems and Automation Project Specialist

Key Responsibilities
• Build multi-step automations using Make, Zapier or native webhooks.
• Support business operations and revenue operations workflows.
• Administer modern CRM systems and keep connected workflows working reliably.
Qualifications
• At least three years of experience in business operations, revenue operations or workflow automation.
• Proven experience building multi-step automations with Make, Zapier or native webhooks.
• Hands-on experience administering modern CRM systems.
Nice to Have
• Pipedrive administration experience.
