Position Overview
Own hands-on web growth and conversion work for a commercially important B2B website. Connect website improvements to qualified meetings and pipeline, with trustworthy measurement and personally shipped technical work.
Key Responsibilities
– Improve the journey from landing pages through inquiry and booking.
– Run evidence-based CRO experiments across messaging, pages, forms and booking flows while protecting lead quality.
– Build and maintain HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS-backed pages, components and integrations.
– Grow relevant traffic through SEO and AI-search discovery and measure the resulting qualified demand.
– Use AI-assisted research, coding and testing while inspecting and verifying the finished work.
– Maintain mobile experience, accessibility, performance, working forms, tracking and reliable releases.
Qualifications
– Hands-on ownership of a large-scale B2B website with commercially important conversion flows.
– Proven CRO and organic-growth results, with baseline, outcome and personal contribution explained.
– Practical HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS skills beyond visual website builders.
– Examples of live work personally shipped and an AI-assisted change or debugging task you can explain and verify.
