Position Overview
Build, configure and maintain modern CRM systems, with a focus on Attio. Support reliable CRM data, useful automated workflows and reporting for business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
– Configure and maintain a CRM within the agreed client scope.
– Build workflow automation using native CRM tools, Zapier, Make.com or APIs.
– Clean legacy CRM records and improve data consistency.
– Build automated reporting or analytics dashboards for executive decisions where relevant.
Qualifications
– 2+ years of hands-on experience building, configuring and managing a modern CRM.
– Experience creating automated workflows through native CRM tools or integration platforms.
– Direct Attio experience is strongly preferred; relevant HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce experience is also considered.
– Excellent written and spoken English.
– Share examples of CRM work, data cleanup and dashboards you personally built.
Engagement and schedule
Prospective independent contractor opportunities. Availability for overlap with US Central business hours is relevant; exact hours and terms will be confirmed for each genuine opportunity.
