Bring SaaS or customer success experience, fluent English and practical knowledge of WordPress and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate clearly with customers by phone and in writing.
• Help customers use the business’s software and e-commerce services.
• Work with WordPress and e-commerce platforms in customer support workflows.
Qualifications
• SaaS or customer success experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English with clear phone skills.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and e-commerce platforms.
Nice to Have
• Firearm sales experience or familiarity with firearm products.
