As our Account Manager, you will take ownership of strengthening client engagement by identifying opportunities to introduce additional services, driving long-term growth and satisfaction. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for expanding key client relationships, reactivating previously inactive accounts, and collaborating closely with internal teams to manage stakeholder expectations and consistently exceed performance targets.
How you will make a difference:
Drive meaningful growth by hitting (and exceeding!) monthly and quarterly account targets
Boost client value through smart upselling and service expansion strategies
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, creating long-term loyalty and success
Reignite dormant accounts, turning them into active, revenue-generating partnerships
Identify new opportunities by understanding client expansion plans and emerging markets
Keep clients future-ready with accurate growth forecasting and strategic insights
Lead client growth reviews that celebrate progress and set the vision for what’s next
Run high-impact meetings to align on KPIs, priorities, and actionable plans
Streamline operations with tailored workflows that keep everyone—internal and external—on track
Solve challenges fast, leveraging internal teams to ensure smooth, responsive service
Champion seamless communication across teams and time zones
