We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant for our client in the property space
Job Title: Virtual Assistant
Industry: Property
Hours: 4 hours per day
Rate: R12,000 per month
Our client, a growing business within the property rentals market, is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support. This role requires a proactive and organised professional who can work independently and manage a variety of responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties to support the daily operations of the business
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining records and reconciling accounts
- Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Monitor and manage stock control, updating records and coordinating with suppliers where necessary
- Manage phone calls and email correspondence, providing excellent communication and customer service
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents as required
- Support the business owner/management team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Previous Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or virtual assistant role
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and invoicing processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Previous experience with stock management is highly desirable
