We’re Hiring: Account Manager
RevSpark Media is a performance-driven growth agency specializing in healthcare and medical marketing. We build structured growth systems for compounding pharmacies, hormone clinics, men’s health practices, medical weight loss programs, and wellness providers across the United States.
We don’t just run ads. We build complete patient and prescriber acquisition engines for our clients, combining paid media, creative strategy, CRM automation, lead management, and dedicated appointment booking teams into one integrated system.
We currently manage 45+ active client accounts and we’re growing. We need an Account Manager who can own client relationships, drive account performance, and keep campaigns moving forward.
About the Role
As an Account Manager at RevSpark, you are the bridge between our clients and our internal fulfillment teams. You will own the client relationship from onboarding through ongoing campaign management, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare marketing accounts.
When this role is done well, clients feel confident and supported, internal teams move efficiently, campaigns stay aligned and on track, and accounts grow.
This is a true account management role with a strong emphasis on client communication, expectation setting, performance interpretation, internal coordination, and retention.
You will work cross-functionally with our marketing director, media buyers, creative team, CRM specialist, booking team, and operations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Client Leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of healthcare marketing accounts
Lead bi-weekly and monthly performance calls with clients
Communicate strategy updates, campaign progress, and results clearly and confidently
Set and manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, and performance benchmarks
Translate campaign performance data into actionable direction for clients
Handle performance fluctuations with composure and context, not panic
Client Onboarding
Own the 10-day client onboarding process from signed agreement through campaign launch
Coordinate between media buyers (Meta and Google Ads), creative/design, CRM/automation setup (GoHighLevel), and booking team activation to launch campaigns on schedule
Ensure all onboarding milestones are hit on time and nothing falls through the cracks
Set proper expectations with new clients during the critical first two weeks
Account Ownership
Manage ongoing campaign phases: setup, launch, optimization, and scaling
Monitor account health and proactively identify risks before they become problems
Escalate issues appropriately and early rather than letting things slide
Drive client retention through consistent communication and demonstrated results
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Performance and Reporting
Interpret Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign performance with confidence
Understand and communicate key metrics: CPL, CPA, conversion rates, booking rates, show rates, and ROI
Deliver clear, concise monthly performance summaries using Agency Analytics
Recommend strategic pivots and campaign improvements based on data
Internal Coordination
Work daily with Paid Media (Meta and Google), Creative/Design, CRM/Tech (GoHighLevel), Booking Team, and Operations
Create organized, detailed tasks and briefs in Monday.com
Follow structured workflows and SOPs rather than operating from memory
Keep internal teams aligned on client priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Participate in team syncs and contribute to process improvements
What We’re Looking For
Required
3+ years in digital marketing account management, ideally in an agency environment
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads (you don’t run them, but you need to interpret performance and speak to it confidently with clients)
Experience managing lead generation campaigns (not just e-commerce or brand awareness)
Proven ability to manage 10-15+ client accounts simultaneously
High ownership mindset: you see problems, you solve them or escalate them immediately
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Clear, calm, and professional communicator in both written and verbal English
Comfortable with US-based clients and working within EST/CST business hours
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
Preferred
Experience in medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or wellness marketing
Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/automation platforms
Familiarity with Agency Analytics or similar reporting dashboards
Experience with Monday.com or comparable project management tools
Background in B2B marketing or lead-to-appointment conversion models

Our team of 15+ includes media buyers, designers, marketing coordinators, CRM specialists, a dedicated booking/appointment setting team, and account managers. We work primarily with compounding pharmacies (B2B prescriber marketing) and franchise healthcare systems.

Location: Fully remote; Must be available during US Eastern/Central business hours
Type: Full-time contractor
Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000 USD/month based on experience, with a performance review at 90 days
