We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Part-Time Lead Generation Specialist to join a dynamic UK-based company. Working on a flexible part-time schedule, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients to support the sales pipeline. Your work will span market research, LinkedIn Ads management, social media engagement, and CRM tracking to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building connections and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Market Research & Prospecting

Conduct targeted market research to identify and profile potential clients.
Build and maintain a database of qualified leads in the company’s CRM system.

Lead Generation Campaigns

Manage and optimise LinkedIn Ads campaigns to attract high-quality prospects.
Create engaging LinkedIn Ads content tailored to the target audience.
Monitor lead generation performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

Social Media Engagement

Engage with prospects through comments, DMs, and new connections on LinkedIn.
Expand the company’s network within target industries.

Events & Networking Support

Research and recommend relevant industry events, webinars, and speaking opportunities.
Assist in arranging networking and outreach-focused events.

CRM & Reporting

Set up and maintain processes in CRM for effective lead tracking.
Keep accurate records of all lead interactions.
Produce lead generation and engagement reports for the business development team.

Client Journey Support

Follow up with leads in a timely and structured manner.
Support the creation of client case studies, testimonials, and impact reports.

Marketing Collaboration

Assist marketing with additional email campaigns and prospect outreach.
Help identify opportunities for articles, media coverage, and awards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in lead generation, sales support, or a similar role.
Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads and social media prospecting.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking and reporting.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Access to a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet working environment.
