Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Organise and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
Respond to emails and manage communications with clients and team members.
Assist in data entry and the management of digital files and documentation.
Perform market research and compile reports as needed.
Support social media presence through content planning and posting.
Track project timelines and deadlines to ensure deliverables are met.
Implement system improvements to increase efficiency across various tasks.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar is beneficial.
Must have a dependable internet connection and the necessary equipment for remote work.
A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
