Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Specialist with a strong administrative background to support lead follow-ups and day-to-day operational tasks. This full-time role is designed for a South African professional with excellent English communication skills and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll be primarily focused on managing and nurturing leads via LinkedIn each Monday, while also assisting with light administrative duties throughout the week.
Salary: R25 000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on new and existing leads using LinkedIn and other platforms.
Perform outreach and tracking activities each Monday with diligence and consistency.
Ensure all follow-ups are accurate, timely, and clearly documented.
Carry out basic administrative tasks to support the wider team.
Adhere strictly to provided instructions and processes.
Maintain clear, professional communication in written and spoken English.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required Skills:
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
Confident working independently and managing your own schedule.
Experience using LinkedIn for business or lead generation purposes.
Reliable internet connection and personal computer or laptop.
Desirable:
Previous experience in administrative or lead generation roles.
Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools.
