About the Role
Our client, a UK-based company, is looking for organised and reliable Appointment Schedulers to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is good at coordinating, enjoys helping things run on time, and has a friendly phone manner.
No advanced experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this a great entry-level opportunity for someone with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn.
You will support the business by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring meetings and calls are properly coordinated.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Manage calendars and update schedules in real-time
Send reminders and confirmations to clients
Handle rescheduling requests professionally
Maintain accurate records of appointments
Communicate with clients and team members
Support the team with scheduling-related tasks
Follow company processes to ensure smooth coordination
Requirements
No advanced experience required
Training will be provided
Good written and spoken English
Strong organisational skills
Basic computer literacy
Comfortable using calendar systems and online tools
Friendly and professional communication style
Dependable, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to work UK business hours
