Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
Effectively present our services to generate interest and schedule appointments with qualified leads.
Follow up with leads to answer questions and maintain engagement.
Accurately record all interactions and appointment details in our CRM system.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and optimize accordingly.
Stay updated on our services and industry trends to communicate knowledgeably with prospects.
Requirements
Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a sales-related role is preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
Strong organisational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Self-motivated and capable of achieving targets independently.
Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
