Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Assist with managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Organize and maintain documentation, including files, records, and reports.
Support team members in project coordination and administrative tasks.
Facilitate onboarding and training processes for new hires.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and practices.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various office management software.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
